This Privacy Policy describes how Nimblesoft Limited ("Nimblesoft", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at nimblesoftlimited.com and our software products.

1. Our Products and Their Privacy Posture

BioCheck (biocheck.ing)

BioCheck is a SaaS platform. To use the paid monitoring features, you create an account with your email address. We store your account information, the bio link URLs you register for monitoring, and the results of link health checks (status codes, response times, timestamps). This data is necessary to provide the service. We use Supabase for data storage and authentication.

For free (manual) scans, we cache results for 24 hours to prevent abuse. This cache is tied to your IP address, not your identity, and is not retained beyond 24 hours.

AI Form Filler (aiformfiller.org)

AI Form Filler is a browser extension with no backend server. Your profile data (name, email, address, work history, etc.) and any AI API keys you configure are stored exclusively in your browser using Chrome's local storage API. None of this data is ever transmitted to Nimblesoft's servers — because we don't have any servers in this product's stack.

When you use an AI provider (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.), form content and your profile data are sent directly from your browser to that provider. Nimblesoft does not see, log, or process these requests. Each AI provider has their own privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect on This Website

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on nimblesoftlimited.com, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without explicit consent.

Google reCAPTCHA v3

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (device and application data) and sends it to Google to determine whether the user is a human. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated — it does not identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically logs standard server access data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These logs are used for security monitoring and are not retained beyond 30 days.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our software products and services
  • To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
  • To send account-related communications (for BioCheck users)
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use
  • To understand how our website and products are used (analytics)

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Supabase (data storage and authentication for BioCheck), our form submission provider (Formspree), Google (reCAPTCHA and Analytics).
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. BioCheck account data is retained while your account is active. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS everywhere, access controls, and regular dependency updates. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy
